NOTE: If you use any other browsers but IE or Mozilla, this may not run properly. Here is the workaround for this problem:

        1. Copy the link in your address window at the top of the page.

       2 Open Internet Explorer. Then paste the address into that window and this page will come back... 

       3 Then, return to your SL page,  copy the code in CHAT, and return here to paste it in and it should work properly....

We are, of course, sorry for this confusion, and working on other ways to solve the problem, but there are many, many different browsers, yet 98% of our clients are on IE. Something to think about....
